Design

Responsible for consulting with the company. Ensures design of the box meets the companies standards and requirements.

We offer consultation services for starting packaging box designs. Customers can make an appointment to discuss and explain the details of their products and the desired box designs. You can contact our sales department via:

After the customer finalizes the size and design, the sales department will issue a quotation for payment. The price of the boxes depends on the size and paper grade (the price is valid for 7-10 days after the quotation is issued).

  1. The size of the box you want to produce (Width x Length x Height)
  2. Type and weight of the product
  3. Desired box design
  4. Quantity
  5. Paper grade
  6. Print design (if any)
  7. Number of colors to be printed

Printing

Our printing machine is brand and uses the most current printing software. The maximum printing capacity is 130 boxes a minute or 7,800 boxes per hour. Our facility likes to operate at 80 boxes a minute or 4,800 boxes an hour. Which is 62% of the maximum printing capacity. This helps ensure the print quality of your box is perfect.

  1. Select the Paper: Use corrugated paper sheets with 3 or 5 layers, depending on the strength required for the box. More layers increase the box’s ability to withstand impacts.

  2. Cut and Prepare: Flatten and cut the paper to the size needed for the box.

  3. Print: Apply flexographic printing on the box and score the box for folding, especially for a 4-flap box. For die-cut boxes, scoring is not done at the printing machine; instead, it is done with a die-cutting plate to create the desired special shapes.

  4. Form the Box: The final step is forming the box, which can be done in two ways to secure the box:

    • Gluing
    • Stapling

    This process ensures that the box is formed properly and is convenient for packaging products.

You can print up to 3 colors.

Production takes 10-15 days after payment is received.

Glued Boxes:
These boxes are produced quickly and are commonly used for general products.

Stapled Boxes:
These are typically larger boxes used for heavy products or boxes with long seams where gluing is not practical.
